Welcome to the CSFSafe Cybersecurity News service (“CSFSafe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Boulder Software Group, Inc. 3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, personalize, and improve the Services (e.g., categorize articles by industry, relevance, and trending).

By accessing or using the CSFSafe Services (including our website and email newsletters), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

CSFSafe aggregates and curates cybersecurity news and related information, including links to third-party websites. We do not host or control third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, legality, or practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSFSAFE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boulder Software Group, Inc., its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time with or without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, Sections 7–13 will survive.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the site or communicated via email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
